Co-Founder & Managing Trustee

Rajasekaran’s journey into social impact started at home. Growing up with a father who was a committed trade unionist, he learned early that real change begins close to us. Later, his work as a Medical Conference Manager brought him face-to-face with experts and ideas that deepened his passion for making a difference.
He’s a natural at turning ideas into action. Whether it’s creating partnerships around big issues like climate change, organ donation, or health awareness, Rajasekaran has been at the heart of it — leading collaborations that matter.
From organizing massive concerts by legends like Ilaiyaraja to running international medical conferences, he’s mastered the art of bringing people and resources together. His years of entrepreneurship and strong belief in social justice now fuel his dedication to uplifting communities.
A Vision for Happy Elderhood
Meeting Dr. V. S. Natarajan, a pioneer in Geriatrics, was a turning point. Inspired by his vision, Rajasekaran co-founded the Geriatric Foundation to change how we see aging in India.
As Managing Trustee, he works every day to empower seniors — helping them live actively, stay independent, and access the care and respect they deserve.
What Drives Him
For Rajasekaran, aging should be a time of joy, not struggle. He’s on a mission to ensure every older adult can live with dignity, supported by the right knowledge and services. His goal is simple: to make elderhood fulfilling, respected, and full of life.
